How does PetCMO route my broadcast?

After you submit the brief and complete checkout, your project is fanned out to every manufacturer matching your filters. Standard tier sends to 1 manufacturer and Premium to up to 3, both with priority placement in the matching queue. Replies arrive directly from the manufacturers — PetCMO does not insert itself into the conversation.

Do I pay to submit an RFQ?

Broadcast RFQs are billed per dispatch through Lemon Squeezy: $100 Standard (one manufacturer, 7-day validity) or $200 Premium (up to three manufacturers, 30-day validity, priority placement). You see the total before checkout and are only charged after you confirm payment. Direct RFQs to a single manufacturer are still free — use the contact form on any manufacturer profile page.

What happens after I submit?

Broadcasts are queued for checkout — once payment confirms, your brief is dispatched to the matched manufacturers and you receive an email confirmation. Manufacturers reply directly to your email; PetCMO does not take a cut of any deal.

How is my information used?

Your contact details are shared only with the tier-matched cohort of manufacturers. We never sell, trade, or publish buyer information.

Open any manufacturer profile page (for example from /manufacturer) and use the direct RFQ form on that page. Direct RFQs are free and delivered immediately to the single manufacturer you choose.
